Exercise during the 19-nCoV pandemic

The new guidelines recommended by international organizations to keep fit during the pandemic provide for adults from at least one hundred and fifty to three hundred minutes of moderate until vigorous exercise per week, including people affected by chronic conditions and disabilities; in fact, being physically active (and trained) is considered a critical parameter for health and well-being as well as lengthening life expectancy. Changing the lifestyle habits and sitting in front of a screen for a long time during the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic can be very harmful to the health, so should get up regularly and do three to four minutes of exercises by heating and stretching the muscles starting with light ones, activating blood circulation, and then gradually switching to the slightly more vigorous ones.
