Mitigating the risk of pandemics

According to a group of experts the risk of possible pandemics is real and there is little money allocated to address these issues globally (for example in Ebola, flu and SARS cases) and international organisations warn that the health systems may collapse, especially in poor countries. A pathogen that spreads rapidly around the globe could be lethal to millions of people, destroy economies and destabilize the security of nations also due to mass migrations linked to health crises. The 1918 pandemic, improperly defined as Spanish, is cited in a report with an estimated fifty million victims; but with new parameters to be evaluated with people traveling by plane from one country to another spreading the pathologies. It should be reported by changing the subject but remaining on health issues that India would ban e-cigarettes following a measure of two American states.
