Wellness:  Options menu (archives)

Renew

This control restore the archives to the beginning conditions (if the sign is been saved, will be cancelled). Can also be used in phase of data input in order to avoid to save an added record or of the modifications on the fields. (The grid will be removed, in the case is visualized, without restart the database).

Music - Stop

This function allows to select the background music or to stop the reproduction. See also Options

Images

In order to insert an image in the database, will be enough to press the push-button Photo (or Images in the menu Options) and then to double click on the same photo (or the icon with the tools and then to press Open). In the dialogue window will be possible to choose the image in format bmp from one whichever directory; therefore it would have to decide a relative scansion for that record, or a design etc. For to eliminate the image, will be enough to press the button Cancel, and in order to move it so as to visualize the below fields, it will be enough to press the buttons with the arrows, and finally pressing OK it will be possible to save the photo, returning to visualize the check box that it indicates if the record is available; in the case in which it is crossed, the photo will appear also moving in the archives (this function manages with the button Photo, indicated from the written Auto On-Off). In order to remove the panel with the images will be enough to press on the file icon (that one with the fields).

Grid

The grid allows of having a wider vision of data of the archives (in order to move to the inside of the database it will be enough to use the controls of movement of the window, Search, Zoom + - etc..).

Correct the data on the grid

The Data grid are of active type and concur to correct give in the fields, will be enough to press F11 in order to recall it or to act on the respective control in the Options menu and to click on the case to modify, to cancel the old ones data and to put in the new data (closing the grid will appear a message that asks if the Grid1 control desires itself to save the data modified).

Type grid

The Grid1 control in the menu Options (Ctrl+B), defers from the Grid2 (push-button Grid or Alt+G) for the type of visualization of the fields (ex. in the archives books, the Grid2 in the first video will have the field Price instead of the Country). The Grid3 or the icon with the red oblique arrow (F12), visualize all the records of the grid1 based on numeric order. For to modify a record, will be enough to recall the card writing the number after to have pressed Ctrl+F12 (or with a double click of the mouse); finally in order to remove or to replace the grid, it can be pressed on the appropriate icon or F12. In the case is using the Search function, with the Grid1 or 2, will be only visualize the records select (will be enough to press the icon with the oblique arrow in order to obtain the complete Grid3).

Sign

This function allows to put in a sign for a index card of the archive (Shift+Ins).

Go to the sign

Allows to quickly return to the card with the sign (rapid keys Ctrl+F1).
