End of Covid emergency without being out of it

The declaration of the end of the Covid emergency by international organizations should not overlook a minimum of prudence especially for fragile people with weakened immune systems who could suffer serious consequences from a possible contagion since the SARS-CoV-2 virus still circulates and for example in Italy above the epidemic index (Rt higher than one and therefore in theory an infected person can spread the virus). Seven million victims officially declared in the world since the beginning of the pandemic with calculation systems sometimes questionable so that it is estimated over twenty million, then some say that we must prepare in the event of other pandemics by preparing in advance new vaccines as in the case of avian influenza which has already shown to have a high rate of pathogenicity and capable of the jump of species since it has infected mammals.
