Increase in measles cases in the world

Millions of children are at risk for non-Covid diseases due to lack of vaccinations caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic and in particular the researchers would have monitored an increase in measles cases in the world of almost eighty percent, so much so as to turn on a kind of red light in figurative terms at the health level. Seventeen thousand three hundred cases in January and February compared with the same months of last year would demonstrate the weakening of the immunization system with regard to measles, a disease that can have serious consequences on the health especially of children; then yellow fever could be the next pathology, at least from the data monitored in West Africa. It should also be noted that the conflict in Ukraine makes it very difficult to keep under control any pathology in the country (very worrying among other things the threat of use of unknown tactical weapons).
