Risk for second 19-nCoV infections wave in China

Chinese health authorities would have taken containment measures to avoid a second wave of Covid-19 coronavirus infections in the country due to people coming from abroad, but the new outbreaks apparently are mainly due to asymptomatics that are difficult to detect and sometimes more contagious than normal (perhaps because they do not know they are infected moving without taking special precautions). Similar the situation in South Korea with new small outbreaks after adopting a combined program between rapid diagnostic kits and active surveillance of infected people. In Europe, severely affected by the epidemic, Spain overtook Italy in the number of infections and the management of the health emergency revealed the inefficiencies of the system due to, for example, the few beds available for intensive therapies and the lack of protective materials to avoid infections.
