Count the hours spend sitting
Many people spend the day sitting always, basically going from the chair in which they are sitting in front of a computer screen to the one to eat, then to relax, to talk on the phone or to read a book with very negative effects for the health. Researchers also found a correlation between BMI and time sitting (in this case at work) resulting in a decrease in psychophysical well-being; moreover, the body may have a lower sensitivity to the hormone insulin and therefore with increased risk of type two diabetes, not to mention the inevitable pains in the neck, back and legs due to prolonged incorrect posture. Some argue that sitting too much increases the risk of cancer, in addition to cardiovascular diseases and depressions, also due to the lack of vitamin D intake due to low exposure to the sun; then not making movement quickly leads to obesity.
