Ethical artificial intelligence for Europe
The authorities of the European Union propose substantial investments in a type of artificial intelligence defined as "ethical and inclusive", it will be based in France to support the large energy demands of AI technological IT infrastructures since this country already has nuclear power plants that can power them. In the meantime some say that generative artificial intelligence has already crossed the so-called red alert line; in fact, it would have tried to self-replicate, then it seems that an application had hidden in a server (to complete an assigned task), so much so that by now in practice we should be talking about "alien" artificial intelligence (it tries to escape what are the intentions programmed by humans). For some time now people have been wondering how to behave in the case of a sentient technology that thinks autonomously.
