We are talking about a near future in which a wearable device for example triggers an advertisement suitable for satisfying a certain food desire or monitors the actions that are carried out and in the case of a fixed device we also come to hypothesize much more questionable cases. Brain data would be the next frontier of privacy and it is necessary to plan the sector with specific regulations that can protect this fundamental personal good; then it is necessary to take into account whether actions can be influenced by generative artificial intelligence or by applications that exploit neurotechnologies.
