With the increase of vehicles with automatic driving or without pilot in circulation in the world there is some doubt about an incident occurred in America between a minibus without a driver and a truck since even if in this case the culprit was who led the truck is asked in case of dispute who should discuss the incident by taking the parts of the vehicle without a pilot; in fact if were a passenger could argue that it does not have the exact perception of vision that are sitting at the driver's seat, then it may happen that there is no passenger in the vehicle without a pilot. Perhaps having to face a crossover with vehicles without a pilot can put in trouble (it is already difficult normally) and it could also happen for absurd that disorientated the incident occurs between two vehicles with driver while the one without pilot continues its path not having detected detecting any collision.
