Restrictions diesel cars increasingly stringent
There are several metropolises where the quality of the air is bad and diesel vehicles have long been considered among those responsible for the increasing pollution that sometimes makes it almost difficult to breathe and among the cities ahead of the restrictions apparently there is Stuttgart that since the beginning of 2018 will not allow diesel cars to access the city centre; in fact the ban according to local authorities does not violate European legislation by supporting how citizens health always has precedence, but the measure will be challenged by the opposition. Some have not been adopted by the cars manufacturers enough measures to reduce the levels of nitrogen dioxide in the air while for others the latest models would be less polluting, but the problem perhaps lies in the type of operation of these engines that does not even allow with complex filtering systems to really reduce road emissions.
