Little sustainable globalized seed
Farmers around the world tend to use the same seeds that have become globalised as most of the products that support the whole agricultural sector (basically everything in the hands of few multinationals), but some stand out as this means have the same plants with different weather conditions and in geographical areas with features that would require greater biodiversity. Have a lower seed variety also means a threat to food security; in fact usually it happens that if a variety is hit by some pest is possible to have another variety that can withstand, but now farmers sow the same industrial seed also adopting similar globalized agriculture practices. With climate change will have more unstable weather conditions and therefore greater biodiversity means being able to cope better with the challenges linked to this new difficult condition for the planet.
