Still problems with the decommissioning of the damaged plant in Fukushima since the large containers of water to cool the reactors in some cases show signs of leveling off and the plant operator has communicated a level of radiation eighteen times higher than that reported recently by instruments that apparently were able to measure up to a maximum of one hundred millisieverts per hour, in a difficult situation to monitor where technicians exposed to high levels of radiation fail to detect the continuous loss that filter in the ground and then into the sea. The loss could have been caused by cracking of the connecting pipes between two of about three hundred and fifty containers constructed with cheap materials and made in a hurry near the nuclear power plant to handle the emergency with a temporay assembling and then with little seal to the solicitations.
