Data of H7N9 flu still under observation
Analyzing data on infections caused by avian influenza H7N9 in China would have been a frequency of deaths of thirty-six percent, whereas international organizations have described the pandemic virus type rather aggressive and warned that we must wait for the winter to verify the actual risk although by the time the infections are still at hundred and thirty individuals with thirty-seven victims. However, compared to the H5N1 virus that showed a seventy percent of deaths in infected individuals seems to be less virulence, then closing very poultry markets frequented apparently mainly from elderly individuals, and then with weakened immune systems, it was possible to avoid that the contagion spreading uncontrollably. To note that in Taiwan was identified in a girl also a variant of the avian influenza strain classified as H6N1 with no specific health problems.
