Supplements of calcium and vitamin D ineffective
To prevent osteoporosis, it has long been touted that can resort to supplements of calcium and vitamin D, but apparently the proof of facts not reduce bone fractures and even encourage the formation of stones in the kidneys, this does not mean which in some cases are useful, such as in the elderly who have already suffered a fracture and are at risk of cracking damage of the skeletal system (after testing with exams and specialist visits). Usually for a good prevention just integrating the nutrition with orange juice, cereal and milk and exercise of a certain intensity outdoors in sunny days, but to fortify the bones might be worth a simple walk and there are studies that have verified (by monitoring the parameters of insulin sensitivity and blood lipid levels) like stretching and walking for a long time may be more useful than demanding short training sessions.
