Economic scanner to see the children in the womb
For information on the vital functions of the children still in the womb usually using conventional equipment ultrasonic quite expensive, but British researchers have developed a cheap scanner connected to a normal computer also laptop slightly larger than the size of a mouse, so is possible view on a monitor simple information such as whether the infant is well positioned in the womb. For now, the quality of the scan does not allow to see the sex of the baby, but are working to improve little by little the images obtained with inexpensive equipment. By measuring the parameters of ultrasound propagation of sound in water (speed and absorption against an obstacle) is possible to reconstruct the image of the unborn child in the womb as happens in sonar that also use the Doppler effect.
