Few eat five servings of fruits and vegetables
From a British research results that few people actually introduce with the nutrition the classic five servings of fruits and vegetables a day recommended to prevent cancers and to keep fit by supplying healthy nutrients and fiber, which also allow to avoid to become obese for their generally low intake in calories. Five portions correspond to about four hundred grams of vegetables (a serving is about eighty grams as a medium apple or two spears of broccoli..) and then we should encourage people to eat fruits and vegetables, for example by starting with breakfast fail to reach the goal and try to overcome those kinds of behavioral and cultural "barriers", factors that prevent many people to adopt a healthier diet despite being aware of health benefits that would ensue.
