Humidity, temperature and well-being
One of the most important factors for effective well-being is the humidity and thus the amount of water vapor present in it, because the sweating is hampered if the humidity is excessive and in the opposite case with the air too dry may experience an unhealthy dehydration and in any case the temperature plays a significant factor on body temperature regulation. In case of muggy heat with high humidity the perceived temperature can be higher than that real and for elderly or debilitated individuals is advisable to use a dehumidifier, but also the micro environment (and the amount of ozone in the air) can affect the overall well being, causing headaches and discomfort in organisms unaccustomed. The preventive physical training of a certain intensity, to play before the weather conditions get worse, can gradually get used to changes in temperature and humidity.
