In addition to the plasma antibody-rich therapy of Covid-19 coronavirus healed patients, which have already been successfully tested in several countries around the globe, in the United States should soon be available an advanced pharmaceutical preparation based on hyperimmune globulin formulated using a large plasma collection of the many convalescents; in fact, cases of contagion are increasing considerably in this country. While waiting for the results of the studies on the real effectiveness of these therapies (it will probably take years) it is evident that prevention is the best therapeutic safeguard preventing the so-called "superdiffusers" of the virus from having contact with the population and therefore, for example, at least with diagnostic kits or chest CT scans for health and auxiliary staff.
