The short-term risks of incorrect information linked to artificial intelligence were recently highlighted by speakers at a world economic forum, while in the long term extreme weather events and imbalances in the global ecosystem are worrying. Geopolitical tensions linked to these factors can corrode the resilience of societies and lead to conflicts and consequently to the contagion of these unhealthy mechanisms and polarizations. Of note changing the subject the controversy over the use of artificial intelligence to identify military targets to hit in recent conflicts; in fact, for time some have been denouncing blunders and inaccuracies of all kinds obtained by querying well-known applications supported by artificial intelligence with a low percentage of reliability and sometimes even absurdity.
