The scenes seen in some Italian regions affected by the outbreak of COVID-19 coronavirus with brawls at supermarkets and rows to buy the latest masks apparently also occurred in France in various areas such as in the Paris suburb Saint Denis and other towns including Nice; but this irrational attitude exposes to contagions, then the states of agitation make minds less lucid leading to mistakes regarding respect for appropriate distances and hygiene. An agitated person generally also tends to move uncommited and touch his face frequently, thus conveying the virus in the body, so it is advisable to try to keep calm. Lately it seems that even in Los Angeles in the United States the crowds have emptied supermarkets and shops, vying for the latest food and hygiene products available, confirming this tendency to the irrationality.
