Active grid and of reading only
The grid concurs of having a wider vision of the data of the archives and using the grid controls it‘s also possible to place side by side, to select, to modify or to correct the cards on the Data Grid (in order to move to the inside of the Database will be enough to use the controls of movement of the window, Search, Zoom etc.).
Grid control panel
The grid of the program present in the Control panel and the final paragraph Soul strengthening) is connected to the Data archives of the customers and it can be recalled with the appropriate icon or from the Options menu (the Grid - of reading only - F12 or Grid1 in the submenu Type grid). The active grid, that is that one that concurs to modify the data of the customers, this function is recalled with the key or from menu the Options (Corrects the data on the grid – F11 or Data grid in the submenu Type grid). To notice that the grids can be visualized at the same time, it will be enough to press in succession the keys F11 function and then F12 or to act with the respective controls in the menu Options.
Archives grid
The control Grid1 in the Options menu (F12), visualizes a grid of reading only and differs from the Data grid (F11) for the type of ordering of the fields (in this last one in order to modify a record, will be enough to click on the fields of the card, to cancel the data and writing the new ones); finally in order to remove the grids, it will be able to be pressed on the grid icon or Renews (or icon with the sheet - Ctrl+N). In order to eliminate a card it will be able to be acted (after to have visualized the table - CTRL+B) from the Options menu of the final paragraph (Soul strengthening).
Zoom grid
Clicking on the icon with the magnify lens present upper of the right side of the grid is possible to modify the dimension of the characters in the cells, the function is present also in the Options menu (Type grid).
Lines grid
This function that allows to eliminate or to visualize the lines of the grid is present in the Options menu (Type grid).
