The contents of the Help is available to the inside of the multimedia work "Salutary (Well-being Body - Mind - Spirit)" pressing the key F2 function; (then pressing F12 Program will be possible to visualize also the guided Presentation - Program menu). To use the sliding bar on the right side in order to visualize the image of the application on the biorhythms not entirely visible in the window of the Help.
