The application is subdivided in five chapter each formed of two paragraphs: The begins chapter is formed them from two paragraphs, Beginning and Introduction, chapter Body formed from Feeding and Fitness, chapter Mind formed from Relaxation and Exercise, Spirit chapter formed from Exercise and strengthening; (then is also present in the musical section, separated but integrating part of the work, Disc chapter formed from Music and well-being and Text of the disc).

This section of the Beginning chapter, guide to the understanding of the concepts of the program and the philosophy on which it is based. Every time that will feel the necessity of having a simple council on some problem that plagues to us, or an elucidation on of the topics that us turn out little famous, we could consult the application.

The Body section supplies bases news on the feeding and on one corrected feeding, then is included a table that indicates it to second is of the data put in, the ideal weight, the energetic consumption in calories and an example of feeding calculated based on the personal data.

In this paragraph, of the Body chapter, will be described the methods and the techniques better than training of the physicist.
