New

This control allows to return to the initials conditions of the paragraph. As an example will be enough to use this function in order to return to the beginning conditions of one table modified (before having saved the table with the Ok push-button). In order to renew the data in a table will have to use two times the control Ctrl+B (or to click two times on the icon with the oblique red arrow descendant), in the case is wanted to be restored the initials conditions, will have to use the New control (Ctrl+N or to click on the icon with the sheet).

In the database setting this control restore the archives to the beginning conditions (if the sign is been saved, will be cancelled). Can also be used in phase of data input in order to avoid to save an added record or of the modifications on the fields. (The grid will be removed, in the case is visualized, without restart the database).

Open

Is possible to change the images visualized with personal photos; will be enough to double click on they or to use the control Open (menu File) in order to load one whichever scansion or digital photo in format bmp (Bitmap); then it will be necessary to press Save in order to become the images integrating part of the program. As an example, in the Start could be inserted the scansion of the own personal photo (that it will come memory in the Data archive). In the relative section of the body training, will be to insert a photo of own body, so as to stimulate the improvement of the muscular definition and nourishment; in fact the two things are connected closely! minds of the history; finally naturalistic images or of art in the soul section.

[In order to save the Data archive of the program, to use the control in the menu Options in the Start paragraph, and for to change the Archives photos, to search Images].

Save

Using sing the control Save the contained images in the Wellness directory, will be replaced with the new file bmp put in using the function Open. (Trying to load the same file used from the application, will appear an error message). In the case is wanted to use this control in order to save the data put in the tables of the paragraphs, will be enough to visualize the table; however the application save automatically the data in the appropriate archive.

In archive zone this control allows to make one copy of emergency of own the Database: as an example on USB pen, CDR-RW or on one directory of the Hard Disk various from the Wellness, through this control; in fact it is possible to load the archives even if it lacks the relative file (if for error has been cancelled or it has been damaged), then will be enough to recharge the copy made previously thanks to the control Open (menu File). Saving the file in a directory in which a copy of the archives is already present, it automatically will be modernized; the name of the file of the Database (ex. Books.mdb), if it has been previously saved, will appear in the window under that one of input.

[In order to save a record or of the modifications to a card in the section archives, will be enough to press the push-button Save on the screen (Alt+S) or to press Enter (Return) on the computer].

Print

For to print the video or the active Grid, in the case is visualizzed, will be enough to use this function.

 

Close

This controls allows to close the visualized paragraph and to return to the Control panel in the Start paragraph of the application (closing also this will remain the beginning load). In the case in which there is the database setting, this function allows to exit from the Archives and to return to the Control panel, carrying out the closing of the records (will appear a message of error in the case the closing has not been completed regularly). In the case desires to avoid to close a paragraph in order to pass to an other chapter, will be enough to reduce it to icon, with the appropriate controls of the window and recalling it when necessary from the bar of the applications (or from the panel of control); instead in order to close the several windows will be enough to press Alt+F4.

  

Exit

Abandoning the program the data put in the tables Body - Mind - Soul, will remain saved in the data archive; because this application previews a continuous evolution of the personal values, trying to approach itself of the ideal conditions (as an example in the section Body, it would have to approach itself most possible to the weight that it comes advised). In the case in which desires to eliminate of all the program from the computer, will be enough to press F2 and then F9 (or launch the file Disinst.exe in the Wellness directory).
